tashina habibian created m00nsshine as an outlet for her art, pulling inspiration from natural elements and the vintage vegas aesthetic she was raised with.
currently living in northern nevada, tashina was born and raised in las vegas and attended las vegas academy of the arts. there she studied theatre and was assistant editor for the school magazine. from a young age, she was intrigued by the concept of developing a new lens to experience life through.
a college graduate from the university of nevada, reno, tashina sought out a professional foundation for her art, so she studied journalism and women’s studies. her interest in art and community has taken her from nationally accredited museums to local makers.
tashina has remained a passionate storyteller, clear communicator, and embodied creative. she has utilized every creative medium. as an artist, this diverse experience has allowed tashina to develop an unconventional creative eye, supporting her endeavors in every sphere.
